Stress! It seems like this is a common emotion/feeling for someone to feel in their lives.
According to Medlineplus, "Stress is your body's reaction to a challenge or demand. In short bursts, stress can be positive, such as when it helps you avoid danger or meet a deadline. But when stress lasts for a long time, it may harm your health."

Mentally
- Take a break from work, school, etc. (Vacation)
- Practice mindfulness
- Guided meditation
Have you ever been mentally exhausted? I know I have. Sometimes we need to just take a break. Even if it is only for 10 minutes. Guided meditation is a great mind break from some of the overwhelming thoughts that can flood our brain.
Socially
- Balance social life (Home and work life balance)
- Connect with people
- Make time for your favorite hobby
What's a social life? Sometimes we get caught up in our work. We come home exhausted from the day, and don't take time for ourselves. We give and give to other people, and need to learn to take time to do the things we like to do. We can feel alone, and connecting with someone can be great for our overall health.
